Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days for your order.

Shipping Charges: Shipping cost is 50 rupees for prepaid orders, which will be non-refundable in case of return. No shipping will be charged on checkout, if the cart value is more than 1500 rupees and the order is prepaid. In case of COD orders, 100 rupees will be charged as COD handling which will be non-refundable in case of return.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Waigue Apparels. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy:

Return Period: You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@waigueapparels.com with your order number and details of the return. We will guide you through the process.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will be happy to assist you. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds: Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
